Delivery might be delayed by failed delivery attempts, high volumes (holiday and peak seasons), subjected to circumstances.

For IN-STOCK items:

West Malaysia Registered Mail: 3 - 5 business days *with tracking number
East Malaysia Registered Mail: 7 - 10 business days *with tracking number

You will receive an email notification when we ship out your order.
Please note that for orders with both IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER products, orders will only be shipped out when the whole order is complete. Should you require your IN-STOCK items first, we advise you to check out separately.
