How do I create an online account?


You can sign up for an online account via email or facebook. Click on Log In on the top right hand corner of the page




What should I do if forgot my login ID/ password?

What are the payment methods?


We accept any major debit/credit cards through paypal for purchases made on www.sonatamalaysia.com





Shipping

How long does shipping take?


Shipping will normally take 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 10 working days for East Malaysia. Slight delay is expected during festive season and other special circumstances. Covid Situation: Due to the EMCO restrictions, orders starting from 2 July will be dispatch and deliver after the EMCO has lifted. We apologize for the inconvenient caused.




Can I do self pick up/ collection instead of mailing?


Unfortunately no, all online purchases will be mailed at the moment.




Do you do ship internationally?


No, we ship within Malaysia only. For International purchases, kindly visit our international site at www.sonatadancewear.com.




I have waited two weeks for my online order, why has it not arrived yet?


Please contact us at +60 377100618 if you have not received your parcel after two weeks.




How much does the shipping cost?


Shipping rate is calculated at the last step of check out. It is according to total product weight.





Exchange & Refund

How do I exchange a item?


Sonata practices exchange and no refund policy. For exchange request, visit our exchange policy for more information. Request must be submitted via email to us at admin@sonatamalaysia.com within 14 days upon receiving your parcel. Covid Situation: For purchases made from 19th May 2021 that meets our exchange conditions. Kindly mail back your items to our office after the FMCO/EMCO has lifted, by July 2021, E 205, Jalan PJU 8/8, Bandar Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We will process an exchange after we received the item in good (resellable) condition. Should you further enquiries, please contact us at admin@sonatamalaysia.com or call us at +60 3-7710 0618.




If I have received a defective product, what should I do?


Please drop us an email at admin@sonatamalaysia.com with a photo of the defective product and a detailed explanation of the defect. Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement for the product. Please do not ship any products to us before receiving a confirmation.




Is it possible to do a one-to-one exchange if the item that I received comes in a colour that I do not want or do not like?


Colours rendered on digital screens will have some variation with the original fabric colours, because monitors and other electronic devices (eg. mobile phones) have varying abilities to display colours. For IN-STOCK items, we may be able to do an exchange for you. Please visit our exchange policy for more details to ensure the product meets the conditions for exchange. PRE-ORDER products are not exchangeable. Therefore, we encourage customers to always double-check your orders before checking out and confirming your order.

When is the virtual store open?


It's open Monday to Saturday, 1030am to 5pm, except public holidays.




How long does each virtual shopping session take?


Every session takes 30 minutes.




What are the delivery fees? What is the delivery schedule?

Shipping will normally take 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 10 working days for East Malaysia. Slight delay is expected during festive season and other special circumstances. Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to an exact date of delivery date due to the limitations subjected to FMCO regulations.




Do you deliver out of Malaysia?


No, please visit our international website for purchases out of Malaysia.




What is your exchange or return policy?


You may exchange within 14 days after FMCO is lifted. No exchanges or refunds for items on promotion. Please contact us in writing at admin@sonatamalaysia.com for any exchange request.
Mailing fees to be paid by customers for any exchanges due to change of mind.




Can I self collect?


Due to FMCO restrictions, we are unable to allow self collection.
