How do I create an online account?
You can sign up for an online account via email or facebook.
What should I do if forgot my login ID/ password?
Click on forget password on the login page to get a link to reset your password.
What are the payment methods?
We accept any major debit/credit cards through paypal for purchases made on www.sonatamalaysia.com
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will normally take 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 10 working days for East Malaysia. Slight delay is expected during festive season and other special circumstances.
Can I do self pick up/ collection instead of mailing?
Unfortunately no, all online purchases will be mailed at the moment.
Do you do ship internationally?
No, we ship within Malaysia only. For International purchases, kindly visit our international site at www.sonatadancewear.com.
I have waited two weeks for my online order, why has it not arrived yet?
How much does the shipping cost?
Flat rate of RM10 for West Malaysia, RM17 for East Malaysia and free shipping for orders above RM250.
Exchange & Refund
How do I exchange a item?
Sonata practices exchange and no refund policy. For exchange request, visit our exchange policy for more information. Request must be submitted cia email to us at admin@sonatamalaysia.com within 14 days upon receiving your parcel.
If I have received a defective product, what should I do?
Is it possible to do a one-to-one exchange if the item that I received comes in a colour that I do not want or do not like?

When is the virtual store open?
It's open on Monday to Friday, 1030am to 5pm, except public holidays.
How long does each virtual shopping session take?
Every session takes 30 minutes.
What are the delivery fees? What is the delivery schedule?

No, please visit our international website for purchases out of Malaysia.
What is your exchange or return policy?
You may exchange within 14 days upon receiving of goods. No exchanges or refunds for items on promotion. Please contact us in writing at admin@sonatamalaysia.com for any exchange request.
Mailing fees to be paid by customers for any exchanges due to change of mind.
Can I self collect?
Due to MCO restrictions, our showroom is closed until further notice, we are unable to allow self collection.
