SALES ADMIN - FULL TIME

​

• Malaysian only

• Polite, positive and approachable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 5 days work week, Monday to Friday

• Current in today's office technology and computer software

• Process orders via email and business Whatsapp

• Document sales transaction in SAP system

• Keeping track of customers information and orders

• Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely delivery

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, return parcels etc)

• Prepare and support book keeping procedures

BOOK KEEPER - FULL TIME

​

• Malaysian only

• More than 1 years experience in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Knowledge in accounting systems such as QuickBooks and SAP Accounting System will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles

• Ability to multitask, motivated and positive

​

• Handling a full set of accounts and performing month end closing in a timely manner.

• Processing transactions and updating invoices, delivery order, issuing cheques and updating ledgers, budgets etc.

• Follow up with customer on payment collection

• Performing basic accounting tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, answering to accounts related calls and processing mails.

• Participate at quarterly and annually audits

POINTE SHOES FITTER/ SPECIALIST

• Malaysian only

• Minimum age 20

• Preferably able to work during weekends and public holidays

• At Sonata, we are always looking out for those who have the initiative, and motivation to become pointe shoe fitters.Nonetheless, we are very attentive and strict with the selection of candidates to be trained under our curriculum.

​

• Candidates are required to possess criteria such as dance qualifications and dance experiences. Once accepted, candidates will undergo numerous fitting sessions with our professional pointe shoe fitting trainers and attend workshops.

SHOWROOM & POINTE SHOES ASSISTANT - PART TIME

​

• Malaysian only

• Polite, positive, and approachable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Preferably a female staff with pleasant personality and appearance to liaise with female customers and children

• Dance experience preferred
