Exchange for Online Purchases
1. All goods sold are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Terms and Conditions:
Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of upon receiving your orders.
Goods must be exchanged in original and saleable condition, with packaging and labels intact.
Goods that are washed, used or altered cannot be exchanged.
Consignment, promotional, sales and customised items are strictly non-exchangeable.
For hygiene purposes, socks, elemental half soles, undergarments and hosiery (tights, socks etc.) are also non-exchangeable.
There is no refund of the difference if the price of the new item is lower than the original item.
3. Exchange request can be submitted through emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Note: request subject to approval, all request must be accompanied by the following for prompt processing:
Detailed explanation of the issue with your order.
Photo for items with manufacturing defects.
5. Submitted request will be attended within 3-5 working days.
6. We only receive return items of confirmed request at the following location:

Please DO NOT ship any items back to us before receiving a confirmation. All items are customer's responsibility until they reach us. Therefore we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service. Please also ensure your shipment is securely packed to prevent any damage to the items.
For purchases made from 19th May 2021 that meets our exchange conditions. Kindly mail back your items to our office after the EMCO has lifted, by July 2021.
